I try to spend time talking to them and getting them relaxed. There is no rush for someone who is new except to stay within your time appt.

I do not smoke or do drugs, I will occasionally have a social drink. I prefer someone to be straight when I visit them. I do not allow drugs around me. Someone having a cigarette or a drink does not offend me.

It would depend on the situation. If things had started so to say, I would expect payment. If we had just met and it wasn't an inconvenience to me then I would not expect it.
