Well, Iam not sure from which country you are but escorting is very descreet job/entertainment and I don´t think that you have to affraid about legal notice. If you are clever and don´t use your true name and another personal informations there is very small possibility to have some "troubles".

My opinion is that there is big different between escort and street worker ( prostitute ). Prostitute just offering sex. Escort offering companionship and it´s paid for her time. Not for sex. Everything what will happend between escort and the client is only up to them. I think that´s important to have some legal notice on your personal website that everybody will know what you are offering. I also don´t think that service list publiced on your personal website is a good idea because everybody can see, that you offering sex.

I just started about six months ago too, and, even if I practice in another country (I'm in Canada), I think I can give you a couple of tips. I find that advertising from the internet is the safest way to do it. I don't have any ad in the local paper and it works just fine! Also, try to ask a few details about the "prospective client". Let know to someone you trust where you are at all times, in case something happens. You can even phone somebody in front of the person you're meeting to tell them that everything is ok (a lot of agency girls do phone either their drivers or agency). Just keep your eyes open... And Carolina is right, escort business is about companionship!

escorts are nothing like prostitutes, since prostitutes only offer sex and get money in return, escorts offer something new everytime, it is something new, im sure that you will like it. it is still something that you have to becareful of because there is always a couple of people that do take it a little to far, just like the others mentionned let other people know where you are or where you will be, play it safe and stay safe

to you and all SPs, I'm new to the biz too. However, I recently found a book that has helped alot on the business side of things. It is called, THE BUSINESS SIDE OF ESCORTING by J.D. Roberts, CPA and can be found in bookstores.

As far as rights, I'm not sure about that as I am new also. I did google laws in this area and what the penalties are. Also, this book suggests finding a good "lifestyle friendly" lawyer and bondsperson to have access to just in case. Still trying to find those.
