I have no problems to reply directly from my account to the incoming e-mail. So it should not be a matter if the incoming e-mail do not proceed to my private e-mail box (.........@yahoo.com) but it is not exactly like that for a couple of reasons.
1) Yahoo! mail gives the chance to use one Tool that I consider really very useful: the 'Vacation Response'. I am talking about that specific Tool for creating an Auto Message Response that automatically reply to the incoming e-mail when you turn it on because you know that for few days (the reasons could be many) you cannot reply at all to the incoming e-mail.
2) Using yahoo! mail I can write in my answer an Url Address wich, on receiving and reading my answer, will be a Link perfectly clickable. Instead, using the e-mail service of my account, I cannot do the same. Obviously I can write an Url Address but it will not be a clickable Link when people will read my e-mail.
That is why it was better when the incoming e-mail was proceeding to my private e-mail address. Anyhow if it cannot happen anymore it is ok too because this is a great website.
I wish to tell it straight: this one is a great website, well thought and very well done... I do love it!

Just tell them once you respond to them from here to e-mail you directly from your own e mail address. Or let them know you wish to e-mail them from there. I think men will understand that you preffer one stop shopping when you get a guy calling you at your work to check his e-mails while on the phone for his interests and for verification purposes. If you let them know you like to keep your eggs all in one basket that should be enough.
Plus they should know that most sp's have pre written text to send to everyone and that just makes our jobs easier. But it is nice when they pm from here so you can double check that they are indeed who they say they are on any forum.
There has been many instances over the years where men would say they are someone on a particular board and sure enough that persons posts are in good standing and they have written reviews, but if you pm that person on a forum you find that they may not have e-mailed you at all. So, it is always good to do some communicating on a forum. If someone is going to be sneeky enough to do something like that you really do not want to meet them.
But, yes men should have a secure e-mail address just for hobbying as well so that you feel if they are rather new they are being open and honest and not wanting you running all over the place when they call. Every sp does operate differently with different screening and system. Some supply their numbers for immediate calling. Everyone has to work the way that is best for them.
But, I find every forum is diffent too and has different type of people thus sometimes you have to change your screening sometimes making it even harder for the men because you see the personalities on a particular forum.
That is why I like it here because Admin is working at screening systems for us as well. :) So everyone should participate more here to get familiar more with each other. Hobbyists will understand us more and we will understand them more.
