I did meet one gentlemen about a year ago who at one time many years ago worked for the Feds and he told me that they don't usually go after the Independant ladies, they target the agencies because they can get more at one time. Indeed many hobbyist decline to give reviews, and I'm one of them especially a detailed one as we've been reading in this site.
In my personal case and opinion, I believe with the opinions that reviews on this site are generally weak evidence on legal battles in democratic countries except for some few countries. Yet we have to understand that our reviews are not only for courts, but for the whole membership in public who can read it. In my country, a review on this site could not be admissible in court as evidence but once the issue was brought in public especially to any of the family members or the local community for whatever reason/s by a country mate SEA member-exposer, it can do much damage. In other places, we have to consider that moral standing in a community speaks a lot, apart from the legal or political worries. -------------------- Plan your moves then move your plan...for moves without proper planning brings catastrophe!

Great question! I know if I were your client you could expect an excellent review from me! I don't see much harm in posting a review, it is to easy to manipulate who is actually posting it.

With the way the world is going I always ask a lady if she will write me a reference for this site or if I may use her if she is independent or agency. Reviews for ladies on this site improves their reputation and position in the Ads so I believe, most, women welcome them.
I know I like to have the references. And they are hearsay and inadmissable in most courts. Have to track down the real name of who posted the review by spending thousands in court costs to proscute and time is money and who has the jail space? |

So true. There are so many serious crimes that go on and things like "prostution" and smoking pot are considered terrible crimes against humanity. And the "Gateway" to ever more drugs and crimes. It's been going on since the begining of time and there is no way to stop it, as far as I see.
But Trafficing is an entirely different story and if you want to start a thread on that subject I've done a lot of research. I refuse to see escorts who are under 25 yrs of age, and it had better be her choice to be an escort. |

Ok,talked to my lawyer friend and he says that reviews can be used as evidence but because the laws are so shaky when it comes to internet posting...for example, anyone can write something but proving it to be a fact is difficult so it really wouldn't stand up in court. There's too many problems going about finding out whether what is written is fact or fiction. Hope that helps!
