Forum - Ads I see

How is it that when I'm just looking at the web site like a visitor I see different ads than when I log in. Is there a time delay or is it that I only get to see ads from California because that is where I live.
I log in in order to see the ads that are up when I checking out the site and then can't find them.

Ive noticed that too. I also get tired of seeing all the outdated ads still up. Lots of them have been reported 3 and 4 times for email not working as well as phones and none of these profiles have been logging in for a long time but none have been removed. I thought admin put a new program in to delete and remove these but I dont think the program is working. I dont know why they just dont remove ads that havent been logged in for 3 months. There is no reason a person cant log in at least once a month.
