PI's have no arrest powers so they can not arrest any one for anything. They can be hired by news crews to do undercover operations to be shown on the news but they have no arrest powers. |

yep, i heard about Craigslist! My good friend was caught up in a sting at an LAX hotel and they threw her in jail for nothing! She didn't even make it all the way into the hotel room. Scary!
