Your welcome Kotikkk. In the US and even in other countries are not usually prepared or have the financial stability to prepare for such flooding. Hopefully, in the US and other countries may start to look into finding better ways of dealing with and preparing for flooding before it happens. Posted on: 07/29/08 22:43

Thank you, 12pleaseu. I hope it gets better too. At least those people who live in the often flooded states of the US got used to such disasters - I don't even mean insurances and other helpful things. But such a flood is a very extremal thing for the western part of Ukraine, as same as for other parts and Russia too. And this factor is also very negative. Hi Kotikkk, I'm sorry to hear about flooding in the Ukraine too. I hope everything gets better soon and that people there will be safe as well. Hi Letusdoit, Yes, I know what you mean about the dams in the US. I am guessing that each state is not handling/budgeting money the way they should. So, they don't seem to have the money to fix things like they should. It's sad and hopefully each state will begin to do something about it very soon. Posted on: 07/27/08 23:19

Hi Hotwife,yes I do think he's onto something for sure. Global warming has a lot do with all the weird weather and climate changes that everyone's been having all over the world.
